Federal Government has decided to review the induction of judges by former president Pervez Musharraf after November 3, 2007.These judges were appointed for one-year term, thus, decision has been made to relinquish some of them from higher courts.Sources told Geo News, the list is being finalized for appointment of new judges.It may be mentioned here that appointment term of 8 of the Lahore High Court judges is going to expire on December 14 while the term of one judge will end on January 1, 2009 and 10 others on February 9.
